1. Make sure you have your internal process in line before installing new hardware into your fleet
2. If you're planning to utilise driver scorecarding make sure you fully understand what constitues a harsh event. What G Force is the trigger. And establish how you will explain this to your teams - prior to go live.
3. Planning on driving style feedback to your drivers? Feedback on one area for improvement and build from there.

4. Ensure your project objectives are clearly documented before the project commences. Refer back to them at regular intervals, remeber why you are doing  it in the first place.

5. Establish your training programme prior to the first installation, make sure your drivers see the hardware before they get into the cab,

6. You've got hundreds of geofences, what are you doing with them? Take a look at where your teams are spending their time. What suppliers are they sat at?
